Elisa Ghysels (b.1995) is a Belgian artist based in London using live performance, and immersive environments as her medium to experiment with current social issues and the aesthetics of our reality and our fantasies.

Besides her own work, Elisa has worked with different notorious artists and companies such as Robert Wilson during two residencies at the Watermill CenterBrussels National Theatre, and Charles Kaisin.

 

She has graduated from BA Performance Design in Central Saint Martins with first class honours in June 2018 then spent the summer as a resident artist at La Casa Na Ilha in Brazil.

She worked at  Villa Eugénie in the creation department working on trend watching and sustainable design. She is currently the creative coordinator at Family LTD in London delivering the creative pitches for the company's clients as well as an Associate Lecturer at the University of the Arts London in BA Design for Branded Spaces.
